Chris Sizemore

Chris is Vice President, Marketing and Sales. As a gift planning marketing consultant, Chris brings over 25 years of experience to helping organizations structure and develop planned giving marketing and promotional programs. Chris has consulted with numerous non-profit and financial services companies, collaborating with them in the design and structure of training and marketing programs targeted to realize long-term goals and objectives. He is a graduate of Indiana University.


Terry Sites

Terry is President at EDS. He has a BA Degree from DePauw University (English Composition). His writing/publishing experience has covered areas that include planned giving, financial services education and training, information technology and online documentation, website design and content development, and marketing. He has also served as a seminar instructor and provides editorial oversight for EDS publications.


Peter Komsiski, J.D.

Peter is Senior Legal Editor/Writer at EDS. He received a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, and a B.A. from Wabash College. Peter has worked as a tax attorney with a major AV rated law firm and as a consultant for various national consulting firms, specializing in the areas of employee benefits, qualified plans and deferred compensation. His background in tax law eventually led him to provide advisory services to nonprofit and governmental organizations while serving as Employee Benefits & ERISA counsel with a national consulting firm. Peter works with EDS specialists to ensure the fidelity of our production materials and is committed to identifying and reporting on strategic information needed to assist our clients in furthering their missions.


Peter has been admitted to practice law in Indiana, Kentucky and California.


Amy Rector

Amy has served as Senior Editor since 2009. Prior to EDS, she spent 15 years working in the financial industry as a writer, editor, proofreader and project manager. She has experience working on a wide variety of materials, from books and newsletters to training courses and websites. When she is not carefully crafting and polishing text, she can be found reading The Chicago Manual of Style or expounding on the proper length and usage of the em dash. She graduated summa cum laude from Augustana College with a double major in English and Art.


Kimberly Staley

As the Marketing Administrator and Accounting Manager at EDS, Kim works closely with our clients in

overseeing all aspects of their planned gift marketing mailings. She also manages the operations and

objectives of the company’s accounts receivable cycle through implementation and maintenance of all A/R business functions. Holding a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University, Kim has been with EDS for over 30 years. She greatly enjoys her work as a part of the EDS team and helping clients to achieve their planned gift marketing goals through direct mail.


Nancy Connor

Nancy, Senior Graphic Designer, has a BFA in painting from The University of Iowa and many years of design and illustration experience. At EDS since 1997, her principal responsibility has been interpretation of non-profit clients’ graphic standards and visual preferences to create newsletters and other publications that are both fresh and reflective of each institution’s character and style.


Derek Wininger

Derek joined the EDS staff in 1999. He is a project coordinator and online specialist at EDS,

responsible for maintaining, updating and distributing e-Booklets, e-Techniques and our planned giving websites. Derek has a degree in Anthropology from Indiana University.

Mark Whelpley

Mark has worked in print production and graphic design since 2000. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Mark has worked with national clients such as Bayer Advanced, Lowe’s, YMCA and Three Ring Records. Mark has designed countless projects including product displays, catalogs, newsletters, posters and album covers. He joined EDS in 2005 to serve as production designer and project coordinator.


Gary Strader

Gary is EDS Chief Technologist. Gary brings a background of financial services information management experience to our staff. Formerly a vice president of a major regional wholesale bank, he has experience in a life insurance company and a property-casualty insurer, and has provided information technology consulting services to financial planning firms. At EDS, he is directly involved with product development and client support, as well as research and development in emerging technologies. Gary graduated from Tennessee Temple University.
